ನವದೆಹಲಿ: ಅಬಕಾರಿ ನೀತಿ ಹಗರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ದೆಹಲಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಕೇಜಿವಾಲ್ ಗೆ ದೆಹಲಿ ಇ ಡಿ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಜಾಮೀನು ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಹಗರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಇಡಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಸಮನ್ಸ್ ನೀಡಿದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ಅವರು ದೆಹಲಿ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಕೇಜ್ರಿವಾಲ್ ಗೆ ಜಾಮೀನು ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಿ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.

ಇದಕ್ಕೂ ಮುಂಚೆ ಇಡಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕೇಜ್ರಿವಾಲ್ ಗೆ ಎಂಟು ಬಾರಿ ಸಮನ್ಸ್ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು. ಎಂಟು ಬಾರಿ ಸಮನ್ಸ್‌ ನೀಡಿದರೂ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗದ ಹಿನ್ನಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಡಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮೊರೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದರು. ನಂತರ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಕ್ರೇಜಿವಾಲ್ ಗೆ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವಂತೆ ಸಮನ್ಸ್ ನೀಡಿತ್ತು, ಈ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ದೆಹಲಿ ಇಡಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ಜಾಮೀನು ನೀಡಿ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ. ದೂರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಜ್ರವಾಲ್‌ಗೆ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರಿಸುವಂತೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ಇಡಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದು. ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಜ್ರವಾಲ್‌ ಅವರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಅನೇಕ ಸಮನ್ಸ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅವರ ಪ್ರಾಸಿಕ್ಯೂಷನ್ ಕೋರಿ ಜಾರಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯ (ಇಡಿ) ಮ್ಯಾಜಿಸ್ಟ್ರೀಯಲ್ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಎರಡು ದೂರುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದೆ.
